In need of some last minute Valentines for the sweethearts in your life?
Well, worry not, my Friends, because here's a fun little project that uses basic crafting staples - like card stock, scissors and patterned (washi) tape - to make quirky, one-of-a-kind cards for loved ones. I have the folks over at Styleathome.com to thank for inspiring this little craft session.
You'll find basic instructions at the bottom of this post. You can also visit Style at Home's website for more info on this and other Valentine's projects!

HOW TO...
Simply cut card stock into a heart-shape silhouette. Cover heart with strips of patterned tape, laid horizontally. Mount decorated heart onto another piece of card stock, trimmed to the desired size, and personalize with a sweet note. Notes: For added texture and dimension, overlap washi tape strips and mount heart to card stock using scrapbook mounting dots.
